Orders are shipped via DHL with full insurance coverage. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price. These are assessed by local customs authorities upon delivery, are outside of our control, and remain the responsibility of the client.

 Returns & Exchanges

Every FOX & ISLAND piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.

 If your piece arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please email us at foxandisland@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Please note: Full eternity rings cannot be resized due to their continuous diamond setting. We recommend confirming your ring size carefully before placing your order. If a different size is required, the ring may need to be remade and additional fees may apply.

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every FOX & ISLAND piece. Our Lifetime Warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
  
• Stone tightening or replacement if a diamond becomes loose or falls out due to a defect
  
• Prong repairs or re-tipping when required due to normal wear
  
• Clasp, chain, or setting issues resulting from production flaws
  

These services are free of charge for the lifetime of your FOX & ISLAND jewelry, as long as the issue results from normal wear and not external damage. Shipping costs for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.
