Thank you for choosing FOX & ISLAND. Please note that all our jewelry is made-to-order to your personal specifications (including rings where you select the ring size, metal, metal color or stone). Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or incorrect size.
This policy is in line with the legal exception for goods made to a consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized under EU consumer law.
Of course, if there is a manufacturing defect or we made a mistake with your order, we will repair or replace the item. In this case, please see below for our Exchange Policy.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered only for items that arrive damaged. To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
The customer is responsible for the cost of safely shipping the original item back to us. FOX & ISLAND will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item sent to you.
Please note that we are unable to accept exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or any other issues resulting from customer preference.
Exchange Process
1.Contact Us: To initiate an exchange, please email us at foxandisland@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a detailed reason for the exchange, and clear photographs of the damaged item.
2.Return Shipment: Once your exchange is approved, you are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to us. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as the item remains your responsibility until received and confirmed by our team.
3.Inspection & Crafting: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition. After the damage is verified, we will begin handcrafting your replacement. As each piece is made to order, please allow time for careful remanufacturing.
4.Delivery: Please allow approximately 2 weeks for the creation and shipment of your new piece. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your exchange is dispatched.
