Complimentary Shipping

Orders are shipped via DHL with complimentary shipping.

Please note that customs duties, import taxes, and any local fees are not included in the checkout price. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the client.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Every FOX & ISLAND piece is made to order and individually crafted based on your personal selections, including ring size, metal type, metal color, and diamond specifications.

Due to the bespoke nature of our jewelry, all orders are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect sizing, personal preferences, or other reasons unrelated to product defects.

If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or differs from your confirmed order specifications, please contact us at foxandisland@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review your request and determine the appropriate resolution.

 

Complimentary Resizing

What's Included

For eligible rings, FOX & ISLAND provides one complimentary resizing service up to one US size larger or smaller than the original size, when structurally possible.

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes associated with sending the piece to and from our workshop.

Please contact FOX & ISLAND with order number and photos before sending any jewelry for resizing.

When Resizing Is Not Possible

Full eternity rings (rings with diamonds or gemstones set around the entire band) generally cannot be resized safely. In these cases, the ring may need to be remade in the correct size, and applicable remake fees will apply.

Certain complex designs or settings may also limit or prevent resizing. We will advise you of any limitations before production whenever possible.

How to Request a Resize

1. Contact us at foxandisland@gmail.com with your order number and requested new size.

2. We will confirm whether resizing is possible and provide shipping instructions.

3. Resizing requires additional production time. Any resizing performed by an outside jeweler may void eligibility for future servicing or warranty coverage.
