Orders are shipped via DHL with full insurance coverage. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are not included in the checkout price. These are assessed by local customs authorities upon delivery, are outside of our control, and remain the responsibility of the client.
Returns & Exchanges
Every FOX & ISLAND piece is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, all sales are final, and we are unable to offer returns or exchanges.
If your piece arrives damaged or differs from what you ordered, please email us at foxandisland@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
Complimentary Resizing
What's Included
Customers receive one complimentary resize up to 1 US size up or down from the original size, when structurally possible. The client is responsible for shipping costs and tax to and from our workshop. Please contact us before sending your piece.
